GRACE MUTUAL can reduce the costs of your spiritual care. GRACE MUTUAL is one of the most cost-effective spiritual care providers available today. Instead of the simple one-size-fits-all grant of eternal salvation through grace, GRACE MUTUAL has designed a care system that we believe will better meet your very personal and individualized salvation needs.

GRACE MUTUAL has three basic service plans, each of which provide optimal forgiveness, based on your individual requirements as well as on your financial ability to tithe: Basic Grace, Preferred Grace, and Golden Grace. Basic coverage included in all three plans includes: basic life maintenance, prayer consideration, forgiveness of sins, and salvation upon death.

Basic Grace is our most affordable plan. It is specifically designed for those whose lifestyles are such that they should be able to enter heaven based solely on personal merit. We here at GRACE MUTUAL feel that such people should be rewarded for their good habits....The Basic Grace package includes all of the basic coverage for the unbelievably modest fee of 10% of annual gross income.

Exclusions and limitations: All pre-existing sins are not forgiven. Deliberate sins are covered but they are not forgiven unless pre-approval has been granted. "Intent to Sin" forms must be submitted at least 2 business weeks prior to the actual commitment of any sin for consideration. For full death benefits, deaths must occur during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

The Preferred Grace Plan (PGP) allows each plan participant to select a church from a list of Preferred Providers. This plan costs 15% of annual gross income, plus occasional love offerings. Sins committed while covered under this plan do not require prior submission of "Intent to Sin" forms unless the sin involves one of the Ten Commandments. No "Intent to Sin" forms are ever required for sins committed while in actual attendance of one of our Preferred Provider churches. Death may occur at any time but GRACE MUTUAL must be informed at least 10 business days in advance if a plan member is planning to have a weekend or holiday death.

Exclusions: Pre-existing sins must be documented individually, including the date and circumstances under which the sin occurred. Notarized statements from all parties must be submitted if any person other that the insured was affected by the sin. If all affected persons are covered under any GRACE MUTUAL plan, both now and at the moment the sin occurred, then the sin will be forgiven. All other sins must be reviewed by a team of sin experts prior to forgiveness approval.

The Golden Grace Plan (GGP) is our premium forgiveness plan, and is designed to provide the maximum coverage including coverage of "acts of God" under certain circumstances. Cost for this coverage is only 20% of your gross annual income, plus love offerings. The GGP allows program participants to choose whatever church, business, club, organization, or graven image they prefer to worship, plus it covers forgiveness for all pre-existing sins. As an added benefit, you are completely free to sin as much as you want! And, if you only sin with other GGP members, you do not even have to submit an "Intent to Sin" form! You may die at any time, but to expedite your entrance to heaven, plan members are strongly encouraged file a death request form with updated information at least two weeks in advance.

Exclusions: All deaths that occur and are termed to be "acts of God" in nature are not covered. If you are a GGP member, and are planning to have an "act of God" death, an "Act of God Death Request Form" must be submitted at least 10 working days prior to the planned death.

Definitions:

"Act of God": Any death that is determined by a panel of experts to be a death that could have been otherwise avoided, had God not appointed that person's time and method of death.
